Welcome to the RegDex

Across every region and asset class, private and public sector leaders face a common challenge: how to understand markets that move at the speed of code, and at times ad hoc regulatory responses built on local economies and traditions.

The Fintech Regulatory Futures Index (or the regdex) was created to meet that challenge head-on. The regdex is a living, data-driven resource that provides international best standards and criteria for understanding national policies and trajectories, against the backdrop of interdisciplinary best practices and multi-sector vantage points.

FRFI is proud to bring together many of the world's leading experts in central banking, technology, and the academy to surface patterns, approaches, and emerging consensus across global frameworks designed to encourage, stress-test, regulate, and build resilience around innovation. FRFI equips policymakers, practitioners, and researchers with the intelligence they need to respond to opportunities and risks that existing legacy systems have not fully anticipated.

This is not a project about predicting the future. It is about building the shared knowledge infrastructure that allows the global financial community to shape it.
